Studied economics in Frankfurt am Main and Los Angeles. Appointed tax consultant in 1999 and auditor in 2000. Worked for several years at Ernst & Young, Frankfurt am Main, and KPMG, Düsseldorf, as audit manager in the field of auditing and consulting for credit and financial services institutions. Since 2000, managerial activity in the area of internal audit, IFRS conversion (in cooperation with SAP AG) and worldwide preparation of IFRS annual financial statements for internationally operating financial companies. He also specializes in audits of estate agents and property developers and advises medium-sized companies.

Ms. Zubrod has many years of experience in the areas of accounting and human resources for medium-sized companies. In addition to traditional accounting and HR activities, she provides project support in all areas of HR and accounting.

After training as a tax assistant, Mr. Schohl initially worked for many years at a tax consultancy and auditing company as well as various tax consultancy firms.
After successfully completing the tax consultant examination, he was appointed as a tax consultant in spring 2005. In addition to the traditional services of a tax consultant, such as preparing annual financial statements and tax declarations, his special areas of activity include inheritance and gift tax, non-profit law/clubs and associations as well as renewable energies.
